jj999's commitment to responsible gaming
jj999 believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled. To protect you, we provide deposit limits, self-exclusion, and round-the-clock support.
Our Commitment
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment — but it is only enjoyable when you stay in control.
jj999 is always committed to ensuring a safe and secure gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We believe gambling should be played purely for entertainment and should never be a cause of financial or mental stress.
Responsible gaming means setting your own limits, sticking to a budget, and seeking help when needed. If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, use jj999's tools and reach out to our 24/7 support team.
Important: All services at jj999 are for persons aged 21 and above only. Opening a gaming account by anyone under age is strictly prohibited.
Remember: Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Never place larger bets trying to recover money you have lost.
Set a budget: Before each session, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Stay within that limit.
Limit your time: Do not game for extended periods without a break. Take breaks and spend time with family and friends.
Safety Tools
jj999's safety features
jj999 provides the following tools to keep your gaming experience safe.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; a cooling-off period applies when increasing it.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period. No transactions can be made on the account during this time. The support team will assist you through the process.
Time-Out Feature
You can activate a time-out lasting from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period the account remains inactive and no promotional communications are sent. Access is automatically restored once the period ends.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory to open an account at jj999. No one under the age of 21 can register an account. This is part of our firm commitment to protecting minors.
Gaming History Review
You can log in to your account at any time to view your gaming history and records of deposits and withdrawals. Review your activity regularly and take precautions when needed.
24/7 Support Service

Knowing Yourself Matters
Recognise the signs of problem gaming
If any of the following situations apply to you, do not delay in seeking help.
- You are spending more than your budget and cannot control it.
- You keep placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost.
- You are lying about gaming or hiding it from family and friends.
- You feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you cannot game.
- You are prioritising gaming over work, family, or daily responsibilities.
- You keep trying to stop gaming but fail repeatedly.
- You are using money set aside for bills or essential expenses on gaming.
Healthy Habits
The golden rules of safe gaming
Following these simple rules will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Only play with money whose loss would not affect your daily life.
- Set time and money limits before each session and stick to them strictly.
- Do not game when you are tired, upset, or under the influence of alcohol — your ability to make decisions is reduced.
- Do not view gaming as a way to earn income or a solution to financial problems.
- Take regular breaks and continue spending time with family and friends.
- Seek help at the first sign of doubt — acting early is easy; acting late is hard.
