General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jj999 online gaming platform ("Platform") and all its users ("Members" or "you"). These Terms apply to jj999's website, mobile interface, and all related services.

1.2 Eligibility

To use the jj999 platform, you must be an adult citizen of Bangladesh. Under these Terms, "adult" means a person who is at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

1.3 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation or alternative version and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Only one account may be opened in your own name.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• An account may not be opened or operated on behalf of another person.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, active mobile number, and any other required information. jj999 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information or documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.3 One Person — One Account

A person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, jj999 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

Account Security

3.1 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and all other security-related information completely confidential. Never share these with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the jj999 support team immediately. jj999 will not be responsible for any loss caused by your own negligence.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The approved methods for depositing funds on the jj999 platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Every deposit must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• You should try to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• If you have any issue with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact the support team.
• jj999 reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction if necessary.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at jj999, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Or, depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, wagering ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 will make the winnings from the bonus withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Current offers and promotions may have their own terms and conditions, which will be published separately where applicable.
• jj999 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or disconnection during a game session, jj999 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy for that round. In cases of technical error, the game provider's records shall be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Various sports markets are available in the sports betting section. Official results from the relevant sporting body are followed to determine market outcomes. In the event of any dispute over bet settlement, jj999's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, deception, or any attempt to influence game results through dishonest means.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using another person's account credentials or attempting to hack an account.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any attempt to launder money through the jj999 platform.
• Harassing or behaving in an abusive manner toward other members.
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 jj999's Rights

jj999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Suspicious or unusual gaming behaviour.
• Any legal directive or order from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw the balance will be provided before the account is closed (subject to applicable conditions).
